Phones were a generic black box with black buttons and zero hotel-related functions labeled anywhere. Housekeeping definitely wasn't a daily occurrence, seems like they only showed up when they thought I had checked out, but I had pushed it to late check out that day. Missing placard to signal yes/no for housekeeping. The TV is useless for any in-room services as the software is out of date or disabled with whatever their post 2020 situation is. How did they clean the shower before our stay if any water inside of it can't drain? 24/7 room service doesn't exist and constantly just says 'unavailable' unless you google around and find out they swapped to using a website with 2 restaurants that both close before 12 am, of course they didn't bother to update any of their hotel room software or signage. Unusable shower that couldn't drain a drop of water and started overflowing onto the bathroom floor. No staff so check-in took 1h while in a line of about 6 parties ahead of us (when we left, the line had backed up the entire lobby), no kiosks operational. Paid Parking garage seemingly as far away as possible from check-in lobby.
